We all know Shoaib Akhtar is also popularly known as the ‘Rawalpindi Express’, and the fastest bowler in the world of cricket and still holds the record of the fastest ball in cricket history. During the Cricket World Cup, in 2003 Shoaib Akhtar the right-arm Pakistani fast bowler bowled the fastest delivery in international cricket clocking 161.3 km/hr against England to Nick Knight at Capetown (South Africa). This delivery made him the first fastest bowler in cricket history who broke the 100-mile barrier on the speed gun.
