For the last few days, I have been attempting to move to multi-user mode but failed due to QBDBMgrN not running on this computer error. Unfortunately, it stopped me from accessing the company file in a multi-user environment and hampers my current work. I tried multiple resolution methods listed on the Intuit page, but nothing was relevant. I had a long conversation with the Intuit experts, but nothing helped. I really don’t get the point of having customer support experts when they can’t help me in this challenging situation. So, it would be very helpful if somebody can shed some light on this error and offer me some valuable suggestions.
