Fix QuickBooks Error 15243
Repair Registry Entries related with error 15243
We will repair registry entries associated with this error.- First click ‘start ’.
- Now open the ‘start button’ & search ‘command’ in the search area.
- Now do not press Enter Key.
- Press & hold ‘CTRL+SHIFT’ key altogether.
- Open ‘permission dialog box’ once prompted and press ‘Enter. ’
- When you see the cursor blinking, and a black box opens then write ‘Regedit’ & click Enter.
- Now go back to ‘Registry Editor>> choose Error 15243>> choose Export from the File menu.
- Now select the folder where you desire to or look to save QB backup key in the ‘SAVE IN’ list. Type the file name box>> fill in a name for the backup file, e. , QuickBooks Backup to make sure that the ‘selected branch’ is opted-in the Export range box. Save the files after this.
- Save files with ‘. Reg file domain’. You have created a backup for QuickBooks concerned register entry.

How to Fix QuickBooks 15243 error
Troubleshooting Step 1: Verify your Payroll Subscription
- From the QuickBooks application’s dashboard, click My Payroll Service under the Employees tab.
- Select Account and Billing Information.
- Now close the Maintenance Page that appears on the window.
- Now QuickBooks will start validating Payroll Subscription.
- After the validation, payroll will start updating.
- After installing the updates, try running payroll once again.
Troubleshooting Step 2: Repair QuickBooks Desktop Application
- Press Windows + R key on your keyboard to open the Run window.
- Inside the Run window’s search box, type services.MSc and click OK.
- From the list of services, find and double-click Intuit QuickBooks FCS.
- From the Intuit QuickBooks FCS Properties window, select the Manual option for the Startup type.
