Export to PST
This method involves exporting your mailbox to a PST file, which is a local file that you can store on your computer or on a network drive.
To export your mailbox to PST, follow these steps:
Open Outlook and sign in to your Office 365 account.
Click File > Open & Export > Import/Export.
In the Import and Export Wizard, select Export to a file and click Next.
Select Outlook Data File (.pst) and click Next.
Select the folders that you want to export and click Next.
Click Browse to select the location where you want to save the PST file.
Enter a name for the PST file and click Finish.
Outlook will start exporting your mailbox to the PST file. The export process may take some time, depending on the size of your mailbox.
Once the export process is complete, you can store the PST file in a safe location. You can also restore the PST file to your mailbox if needed.
