Can I download QuickBooks Desktop on multiple computers?

You can install QuickBooks Desktop on as many PCs as you like. For a single user license, QuickBooks Desktop can be installed on a maximum of three computers; for a multi-user license, it can be installed on a maximum of five machines. You may use several devices to access and edit your QuickBooks company file thanks to this. The company file can only be accessed by one user at a time, so bear that in mind. To set up QuickBooks on several computers, make sure you have the required licenses and adhere to the installation guidelines supplied by QuickBooks.

To download the QuickBooks Desktop installer:
Go to the Intuit website and sign in to your Intuit account.
Click Products & Services.
Click QuickBooks Desktop.
Click Download.
Select the version of QuickBooks Desktop that you want to download.
Click Download.

To install QuickBooks Desktop:
Double-click the QuickBooks Desktop installer file.
Follow the instructions on the screen to install QuickBooks Desktop.
